Exclamation Laptop copper tube welding service

Hey guys I have been looking for laptop water cooling DIY recently and i find one success DIY example.

As shown above, the additional copper tube is added on top of the laptop original thermal system. It is a water cool copper tube which means liquid is able to go through the tube. I am able to get the exact copper tube that suits my laptop. What I am looking for is a welding service that weld the additional tube to the laptop thermal system.
Any suggestion where can i find such service?
I have tried to contact Digital Hospital and other similar laptop repair service and the answer is no..

Space is surely an issue. Besides that, I don't think it is worthwhile to spend money doing this since it only works with one specific laptop and can't be reused. So next time you get a new laptop, you need to start all over again. If you are so concerned about heat and want to water cool it, then you should not be using a laptop.
