Sim Lim Laptop LCD repair?

Hi, does anyone know good repair shops in Singapore for an Asus laptop LCD repair, don't usually frequent Sim Lim square but I heard that the service center for Asus wasn't reliable hence I'm turning to it.
Hoping to get a cheap rate as I'm still a NSman with little pay and the laptop is rather old. Thanks!

Well I'm not all too sure of the rates cos u to Concord that they are adding their parts and services on total cost.

But u can bring your laptop to go ard and ask them for the pricing(that u can agreed on).

If you are adventurous enough, order the spare part and do it yourself.

I just restored a T410 everyone thought was impossible to restore. The fan was not working, computer kept overheating, keyboard was not working, display inverter was failing.

Bought all the parts and just did a refresh, it works fine now.

I don't trust SLS when it comes to repair services. They overcharge like siao, and often give you parts that are about to spoil. Hence their low warranty period.

SLS is not a good place for repair.
LCD usually is $300, very hard to find cheaper.

Better off getting a used Thinkpad. $300 can get a whole laptop.
