Windows 10 update fail

Hi all,

I just bought a Lenovo Ideapad 320 and was working fine in the first few week but after a failed Windows 10 update,my keyboard was disabled and activating the recovery option (reset to factory setting) does not help at all.

Lenovo ask me to bring the laptop to service center but trying to avoid as it will be long waiting time there. Any advice?TIA

Without any details on the errors it is not easy to suggest anything.

Maybe can refer to > Windows 10 update fail

And > Get help with Windows 10 upgrade and installation errors

Good Luck.

How fail is your failed update? Where did it get interrupted? Any error messages?
