Poly Students in NUS now, any tips on preparing for QET?

Hi, there should be quite a number of poly folks who are in NUS now, so just checking if you all have any tips on preparing so that i can pass the QET (or just anyone who has taken the QET before) and not take an extra mod at the start of school term.. that would be such a bummer..

Not much tips.

1. Just brush up on ur general language skills (like spelling, grammar, etc) cos the first part of the paper basically ask spot all the xyz errors found in the given passage and correct them

(No MCQs here)

2.Second part is the mcq comprehension, which is imo is the easiest part as they usually don't ask tricky questions.

3. The last part is the actual 500+ words essay, which ask u to write a essay based on the theme provided by the comprehension passage.
If you rly want to prepare, just read more wider and more importantly, learn how to structure the content of your essay (which is going to be either argumentative or evaluation)

If you can fail the QET, then you don't even deserve to be in uni.
