bosssaizo you better make sure whether the intruder managed to obtain user information like email, handphone and NRIC number because i remember users have to provide hp or nric to register an account in the past.

Ok, so it's just 1 admin account.

Everyone's account was/is safe (not compromised) yes?

So it is senior moderator account that got hacked. Why is a moderator account able to access such information? Such details necessary to moderate the forums? Are the moderators under sph/hwz payroll? If not, how does hwz choose them?

While registering an account, this field is optional.
It isn't pre-selected.

This is what you get when you customize the software beyond patching.

Probably it's a need. Since it's cyber security related.

Were any user passwords compromised in the breach?

I can't find any mention of this specific point.

i will be worried of internal covering up. Hope there are independent parties involved in the investigation. like PDPA and SPF.

many users warned and reminded the admins to put more effort into maintaining user privacy. all ignore.
