There are always such losers around lah. That time i was also infracted for comments made months earlier. Obviously some loser who disagreed with me was free enough to read all my earlier posts to find fault 😂

So you made a mistake. Time to accept it and move on.

Or if you want to appeal cos you genuinely feel that was a mistake, we can consider reversing an infraction.

When you made a mistake shouldn't really matter. What matters is if you understand that it's a mistake and we don't condone it, and you've learnt to better yourself.

But whining about isn't going to help.

Aggressive users like him need no second chances. Look at his infracted post, HWZ forums could certainly achieve more with less of this toxic residue around.

So wat's the time period for past mistake made? If a mistake made 2 years wasn't infracted then got found recently, surely it's too long?

2nd this.

Even most criminal offences have a maximum time limit exceeding which prosecutors can't charge the criminal.

Dr Vijay kindly advice on this. Thank you!

Let's put things into perspective.

If it's something trivial that you posted a long time ago and yet we receive a report against the post recently, we might just turn a blind eye to it.

If it's not such, we will still take action.

Moderators reserve the right to exercise judgment as deemed fit.

Just take note that we're not purposely looking to hand out infractions. As much as possible, we rather not.

I do not feel that my above stated offense is considered severe, or non-trivial.
and a year is certainly a long time ago.

I might've insulted his intelligence, or inability to google and expect to be spoonfed, but I've also went on to help him after he explained his situation.

Give it a rest. Infraction stays. Hope you become a better man. (:

Please show supporting information that such act/rule exists. To my understanding there is no such thing in Singapore's criminal laws.
