unable to retrieve password

unable to retrieve password
i am currently logged on Computer A which is what i am using to create this thread.

However when i tried to login on computer B, the password is wrong. thinking i may have forgotten the pw, i requested for password reset, the system prompted that my registered email is not recognized by system.


please assist

Since you can login on Computer A then use it to edit your profile to make the necessary amendment.

Gmail is blocking our server, that's why you are not seeing our emails. We are sorting things out now and will let you know once it's sorted. 😊
