How to clone full repository for local use?

Currently on OpenSUSE 15.0 and don't intend to update it for at least 3 years. Not even to 15.1.

I plan to use 15.0 till at least 2022, then do a clean install to whatever is the latest version by then.

But OpenSUSE 15.0 will only be supported till Nov 2019, and OpenSUSE always takes down its repositories when a release is discontinued.

Thus I need to mirror the entire OpenSUSE 15.0 repositories to my local system so that I can install certain system or devel packages after Nov 2019. How do I go about doing it?
