mandarin courses

Hi i am looking for recommendations on mandarin course for adults.
have made a few attempt at this in the past and failed miserably.

Now i have more time and am determined to learn the language and over time progress to business mandarin

I will consider anything. Might even want to go china and learn but if there is a good course or tutor in singapore i will do that first
