Where to learn europe languages?

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone know where to learn european languages?
(french,german,etc.)

Learning Japanese by my free time and half of german back for 6 months in my school so wanna expand to learn more languages esp french lol.

I heard Goethe-Institut is quite structured. May check with them for more info.
