Not easy to enforce this act. First they must be homeless. If they have a roof over their head, half the battle lost. Secondly, not giving cash is not wrong. As long as can prove you provide for their daily necessities, you win. So dun worry too much. They can sue all they want but not easy to win. Unless they are homeless n penniless then you suay.

Support you. Don’t buy into all the crap abt the moral duty to support just because they’re your biological parents.

If your parents were abusive, disowned you, left you to fend for yourself and now want to get some $$$ out of you cos you’re doing well... don’t give them anything.

If parent sue you.confirm they are not good parent.sue them back for abuse you

If you're doing well, put them in old folks home. You pay for it. Go court produce the statements, you will win.
If no budget, maybe JB old folks home statements can be counted too.
