P4 parents

Hi all, next year my son will be having streaming in p4. Anyone can share how u prepare your kid for it? My son chinese subject is CMI. U guys send them for tuition or something?

Tuition should start as early as P2 to be honest

AFIAK, your so called "streaming" is subject based banding (SBB). SBB is either standard or foundation subjects. So in your scenario, since only Mother Tongue CMI, if in the worse scenario is 3 pass and 1 fail, as above, will be offered 4 standard subjects.

The aim now should be PSLE.

Since the subject already CMI, should really start tuition. 1-1 if can afford or group.
