It's a transitional build for new lvl 70, so I am not able to share it build now. But can give guide.

Wear
2 pc raiment
firewalkers
promises ring
depth digger
Two hander with socket (maximus is excellent, cos the demon chain dps is high)
Aim for crit damage

if u have laws of seph, can use to replace mystic ally.

Firewalker procs broken promises, so ur crit chance is something like 75%.
Additionally, Shaefers Hammer is good, the application of lightning EP procs the hammer's bonus
