[Review] GIGABYTE Aero 15X v8-BK4 15"

The hardware is pretty good:
- Very quiet, low fan noise
- No light bleed
- The webcam position is not great, but I probably won't touch it.
- For being a gaming laptop, it is very portable, and light
- Battery on Windows around ~9 hours which is pretty good for a gaming laptop that is so thin.
- I've tested a couple of high intensity graphic games and it really looks pretty solid. No frame drop using all high settings

However, I had an issue with the support. When I sent my gigabyte computer in for repair, it actually came back to me worse than before, with there being more problems.

As such, I would rate the hardware to be 5/5, but their support unfortunately falls short and would have to be a 2/5.

Overall, this is an excellent machine, only let down by the disappointing support.

Design: Sleek and simple
Hardware: Excellent
Gaming experience: Dont know what went wrong. I had to restart laptop to prevent frame from dropping.
Sound quality: Loud but not precise

TS said till so good but need to send in for repair? if it is really an excellent machine why would it need support in the first place.

What was the issue? How long you have to wait to get back from Corbell? Then come back with what new issues?
