no
better to get aquarium soil for plant to get nutrients
unless u growing epiphytes or floating which no need even substrate

sand look nice with the colour, but must get the coarse ones as fine ones get suck up by the syphon when you clear waste on top of it.

Depending on the fish you going to keep, fish such as jewel cichlids or red parrots, the sand bed will have many craters all over the place

Is the lucky number for fish

Can we mix the type of fish to match this number?

Example
1gold fish and 8 guppies for number 9
Or
2 gold fish and 7 guppies for number9

just now i try feeding live ants to the guppies and they eat up all.

I bought some mosquito rasbora too thinking they are chilli rasbora. I have done research and both names refers to the same rasbora. Dont know why seaview name the rasbora they have now as mosquito rasbora. The correct name should be exclaimation mark rasbora.

Going to make a similar rack to store things in balcony as wife complain my current those Boltless rack one abit eyesore

Fast hand fast leg ordered one from Taobao
And incidentally got space for a tank 🤫


And If u going to get just skip all those acrylic parts
