Hi guys, got some things I want to clarify.

1) The CFA SG Research Programme Level 1 offered by CFA Society Singapore, only includes the fees for the class? From what I see in the brochure, the research programme costs $1,920 ($1,728 for members). Does this fee include the examination from the CFA institute? Or do I have to pay an additional amount to sit for the examination? If so, how much more?

2) Are CFA Society Singapore and CFA Institute one in the same thing? The former being a representative of the CFA Institute.

3) Where are the classes actually being held? I know Kaplan has their own prep course. But for CFA Society Singapore, where is the venue for their class?

Apologies if my questions seem misinformed, would appreciate if anyone could help answer my queries. Thanks!
