Questions on vb

Hi folks

not sure if I posted at the correct section and really need help.

I uses excel to create a form basically is a form with questions and the answers are buttons (yes/no/na)

I am wondering if I can use prog to count the no of yes/no/na was selected.

How can I enforce that every questions must b answered.

If is better to use HTML to create the form?

Seems like the buttons that I used are associated with vb am I correct to say that I need vb to do it?

I can send the form to you via email if anyone can help

thks in adv.
