Lost item purchase in Lazada sg

Hi,

I would like to feedback on How Worst is Singapore LAZADA works.

I order 4 Item through LAZADA.com.sg on Sept 2019, end up I only received '' 1 item''.
>>package 1 : Shockproof Dustproof Hard Shell protective storage bag for JBL<< BY kisen which is less than a week.

3 Oct 2019 & 8 Oct 2019 :
I Receive MSG FROM LAZADA say my item has been delivered and yet I never received at all!

THIS IS ALSO SO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER RECEIVING CONSUMER PAYMENT? Where my Item go?

Although IS JUST a SMALL AMOUNT but Consumer are pay for it and we expect we can get what we pay too!
But we get disappointed instead..


I'm highly Disappointed with Lazada.
My FIRST time and also is my LAST online shopping with Lazada.
