Anyone has issue with their Note 9 camera vibrating when zooming?

Does anyone in Singapore have any issue with their Note 9 camera vibrating and image turning out fuzzy when zooming more than x2?

If so, did you send it to Samsung service centre for repairs? How long did it take?

Specific problem I'm talking about here: https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyNote9/comments/b4vcsk/camera_issue_on_note_9_is_the_only_solution_to

This a well known problem experienced by many Note 9 users that can only be fixed at the service centre. It is caused by poor quality control by Samsung during manufacturing. It took me half a day. They will wipe and factory reset the phone

Thanks, did your phone lose waterproofing as a result of the repair?

Repair was pretty fast at Samsung service centre. Took 1 hour only, phone is working well.

Any idea if it is possible to request not to factory reset?

Nope. I tried to ask them and they said its company policy. They are pretty strict about it.

You can try writing in but I doubt they will entertain you as the customer service here by Samsung SG isn't very good.

Not possible. It’s due to PDPA.
Last time I went to repair my Note5, they also told me the same thing.

Any idea if it is possible to request not to factory reset?
