Announced yesterday at KL, this phone boost 4 Rear Camera and 1 front camera. Mid-ranger phone.

No price announced yet but rumoured to be selling at RRP s$900+.
If thats the case, gonna give it a miss.

Basically the same spec as A8 Star just with more ram and storage but at double the price.

Before that I was thinking it might be priced at $798 RRP. But looking at price in video reviews @ £549, it could well actually be $898.

Normally Samsung always like to do a test market on mid end before launching it on flagships

Not suprised if the 4 camera comes out in s10 and note 10

I don't think so, it looks ugly on premium SX and Note X. Hopefully maximum keep it at 3 rear and 2 front

The new colors look tempting, but glad my A9 Pro (2016) is still well so I'll most probably forego this.

The 4-cam look takes a bit of getting used to. No, actually quite a lot... looks pretty weird.

If only they make the phone IP68, and the 4 cam design like Huawei Mate 20, it will be perfect.

Maybe they will adopt the same arrangement as Mate 20 for the next S or Note phone. Then .

Tried this phone at the Galaxy event at compass one today. The A7 was also on display.
Prefer the A9 now as it's almost identical in size as the A7 but with better processor and more ram.
The blue and pink back is also very beautiful on the A9.
Said to be launching in November by the staff but no pricing yet.

The RRP of $728 for the A9 is a switch off compared to only $380 for the A7 now.
Unless they give $400 Lazada voucher for preorder. hahaha
