Update my note 9 with odin on jun security, the camera has night mode and QR code scanner, but this firmware drains battery like hell.

For those who Odin-ed the new firmware, which one did you use? Germany, Philippines (Open Line) or Bosnia?

You will receive the ota from the region you flash to...but why would you rely on OTA after Odin? Just odin all the way...it take like 15mins and all done

what will be the CSC after flash a non-SG firmware? will it remain the SG one such as xsp or the CSC will become the one for the country you odined?

Remains as your current CSC. CSC cannot mess up if you flash to a OXM firmware.

when you odin..under CSC section, please use home_csc file. this will retain your current csc. and will not factory reset phone.

please also make sure these steps!

Spoiler!

Currently on the official Singapore CSDE. Can flash directlyfrom CSDE to CSF9 or need to flash to another intermediate firmware first before flashing to CSF9?

ok, all done. but got Camera failed error and crash when take Night mode shot
During odin my USB cable disconnected when flashing system.img, the phone stuck at the "an error has occurred while updating the device software" page when try restart. it told me to use smart switch to recover, but later I found actually it's still in download mode, can just connect and use odin to flash again.

update:
seems after the "P android update" finished can use night mode now. much brighter than auto mode.
