My zoom camera now has the vibrating focus issue. Anyone got it fixed at Samsung Plaza Singapura before? How long would it take and will they wipe the phone memory? Thanks!

Backup before u go, they will wipe your phone.. took two hours for mine.

I’ll only get my Note10+ on the following Monday (26th), don’t wish to squeeze with weekend crowd. Currently still on XS Max, next mth will be the new iPhone......costly 2 mths!

Nope. I usually carry both my X and XS Max with me, plus Note9. When Note10+ comes, will be trading in Note9. The new iPhone will replace my XS Max as my main phone, and the X will be replaced by my XS Max for Pokemon Go. So I will retire my X.

Know how to go xda ..just go fking learn how to Odin la..easier...samsung dont fking care...

My zoom camera for note 9 also had this issue and i brought it back to Samsung to fix cos it is still under warranty. After fixing all is good until my phone kena some splashes of water. I suspect that the water resistance may not be so good after the phone is opened for repairs.

Anyways, i went down to Samsung again to kpkb then they did a one to one exchange for me.

As always. Once the phone is opened. Sealing back the water resistance won’t be good as before

Are you joking? Samsung promised monthly updates and you're asking people to learn odin and potentially void their warranty if they brick it?

They did release monthly..but not for SG...if you want fast update without Odin..maybe buy msia 1 better. Unless you managed to make everyone protest and stop buying Samsung SG phone..else...dont really need to say much...u can type 1000000 reply here yet change nothing ...
