They did release monthly..but not for SG...if you want fast update without Odin..maybe buy msia 1 better. Unless you managed to make everyone protest and stop buying Samsung SG phone..else...dont really need to say much...u can type 1000000 reply here yet change nothing ...

It's more of holding off the upgrade since it's still working as it should.

Who doesn't. Technology has definitely gone backward in this aspect.

I still holding on to my Note 9. Now I don't feel it is worth to splurge on Note 10+. Maybe later then see how.

My zoom camera for note 9 also had this issue and i brought it back to Samsung to fix cos it is still under warranty. After fixing all is good until my phone kena some splashes of water. I suspect that the water resistance may not be so good after the phone is opened for repairs.

Anyways, i went down to Samsung again to kpkb then they did a one to one exchange for me.
What kind of issue did you get?

Samsung does release updates monthly. It just so happens that it depends on the country.

Take in for example the firmware they release here compared to PH. PH received 2 July updates (CSF9 and CSG3) as opposed to SG which received only 1 (CSF9). Currently, PH recently received the Aug update (CSG5) while SG still remains at CSF9.

I manually update mine via Odin since i do notice that the updates take awhile to be released here in SG (1-3 months before they release the latest update).
