Thanxs. Me still in old era of phone, now on E72. So want to ask, glass is quite resistent to scratching, so can i presume the fortified glass should be ok without a film protector? I mean for daily use, not go bang or scratch the phone intentionally Me not a fan of SP.

It says it is Gorilla glass on GSMArena's specifications.

Since when the fruity phone uses gorilla glass anyway?

Finally got it!

Wah, this thing is huge and thin.

Got free flip case!

GPGT my weighing scale.

The stylus!

Results
Phone weight with battery: 175.8gm
Weight of flip case: 38.7gm

Samsung Galaxy S2 with 2000mah battery: 126.5gm

Specifications
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_note-4135.php

Interesting things to note
  • The charger is not 700mA like the one supplied with the Galaxy S2, the Note comes with a 1A charger.
  • The Note came with KJ3 firmware, and I upgraded to KK1 via OTA immediately after connecting to wifi
  • The stylus feels like nothing in my hands. Seriously.

Tiny Review
  • Build quality = Fantastic in my hands
  • Battery life no comment yet
  • Phone screen is great if you don't put your eyeball on the screen literally
  • So far everything is very snappy, but I will need more time
Overall, I like the phone so far.
such a weird free gifts, flip case i understand, but weighing scale???

don't be too happy regarding gorilla glass, it's still scratchable.. have seen quite a few Galaxy S2's screen with minor hairline scratches before.. so if you're thinking of placing your phone without a screen protector together with your keys, think again.

the weighing scale is not part of his free gifts la... he just put it for show.. lol

trying to tempt me ah.. it's too big for my liking bah.. or else i would have joined u at mobyshop yesterday already.. haha... shall hold for Galaxy Tab 7.7 to replace my 10.1 next year (let's hope samsung gets it out soon, which is not their speciality)

they should consider having the stylus writting functionality into their tablets too leh, can fight with HTC's flyer anytime!
