I used to use a black (dark blue) note and have traded in for a white one.
Some observation differences i noticed ( please correct me if i'm wrong)

- The metal edges of the black phone seems to be chrome (reflective) but the metal edge of the white note seems to be brushed (matte)

- My black note was first batch (bought during launch), so the battery is made on 26.11.2011 and says Made in Japan, finished in Korea; My white note battery is made on 12.12.2011 and says Made in Japan, finished in China (wtf!)

-My white note feels a tad more responsive and less dropped data connection in MRT than my black one, both being on 2.3.6 latest version

Cable does not really matter. The charger is more likely to be the cause, as I have a few 3rd party chargers that cause the touchscreen to go crazy when plugged in.

Try charging with the original samsung charger.
i used my old Apple USB plug and Softbank's Micro Usb cable works fine~

So is there any issues for those who updated their firmware to 2.3.6 OTA ?? Heeee..
had been using it for days, seems smoother den 2.3.6 without OTA update.
