My battery can only last 8 to 9 hours.
I always touch it. Facebook, game,
Push mail, surf met. Take picture, watch video and many others

Hey guys, you guys buy note to put standby ?
I put on standby only the battery life already like that....if i do what you do, i really can't imagine what will happen...the battery will probably be dead in less than 3 hours. (now within 6 hours already 50% gone, and not doing much with it) That's why I dare not do much with it cos when i am outside, I don't want my battery to be dead and no where to charge it.

I bought the Note cos i don't want to carry my ipad around, but with battery life like that, I can't do much with it except send text and make a few phone calls.

I will go to the service centre to see what they can do.

Yes, you can stop those apps.
For battery drain, install cpuspy and batterybatterystats.
Use cpuspy to see deep sleep percentages.
Betterbatterystats to monitor wakelocks.

Leave your phone (fully charged) overnight and dump a bbs log.
There might be a rogue app keeping wakelocks...
Post the bbs log on xda bbs thread for recommendations.
my deep sleep is 44% and 200MHz 36% . what does that mean.

My note sometimes reboot by itself.
Almost everyday, the screen suddenly remains dark & no response from all buttons. I tried calling myself & there's ringing tone but no response from the phone.
Had to hard reset it. Wonder is it the apps that affect it. I've never experience such problems with ifruit.

Quite disappointed with it & looking forward to ICS.
Hopefully it will improve it.
I have the same problem. I've more or less traced to one of the apps that I was playing with (draw game). I had to manually Clear Memory (with Task Manager) and it won't reboot.

try removing apps one by one and monitor, you will find that badly written app. or write to the author and update them

Uhh, that's under normal usage right?
Leave it fully charged overnight.

First thing in morning, dump a bbs log.
See the deep sleep percentages then...
I normally get 98-99% deep sleep on my phone (with data/wifi off)

Buy extra battery. It is very light. That is the reason why I buy note and I prefer note more than iPhone. When battery die, just open up and change.

Fully utilize the note or phone that you buy. Or else it is waste of money to buy a powerful phone.

mine doesn't kill the call but yours does? Akai ryan mentioned it can only reject calls when you accept them.

my playlists on the music player have emptied a 2nd time. It's weird why do the playlists just simply empty?

The songs are saved on the micro sd card.

Was testing my 3G connection today side by side with my old fruit phone. The SGN just couldn't connect to internet while the fruit phone could. i have multi-sim. its not the first time i have tried this comparison and in poor reception areas, the sgn really underperforms. While the mediocre battery performance is an issue, the inability to get internet running smoothly is my main gripe with my SGN (and also my old S2). Anyone face this issue?
