Received my S20+ yesterday evening. Too awesome already the 120hz screen hahaha.... Damn smooth gameplay on my game

So now immediate exchange? Need wait next batch?

Really unlucky to experience this
sent in yesterday no stock ... have to wait for samsung hq to give me a new set yest lousy experience.. dont know why i always pre-order from lazada have issue.. last time s10+ gave me wrong lower specs ... :\

get samsung concierge lor. not that ex. just in case.
I was looking at this but...

Within the first 30 days from the date of purchase of the registered Samsung Galaxy device"

30 days only? If 6 months later got problem go for normal warranty? Don't understand the point of the concierge.

The main benefit is actually the 50% savings on out of warranty repairs, which includes cracked screen. Your normal warranty does not cover cracked screen and you got to bear full cost for repairing it ($393 for s20u)

Having concierge also allows you to join priority queue at their Service Centers if Iím not wrong.

Oh I see. Ok doesn't apply to me. Hardly ever use a phone for more than a year. But thanks for clarifying.

I buy it not just for myself but when I sell it also can fetch slightly better price/increase chances of ppl buying my phone.

Itís not ex also. The most donít buy one more case lol.

No leh I rmb last time my s10+ or forgot what model has issue and I had concierge so I was directed to a much shorter queue with different number given.

But Iím not sure if itís still the same and I also donít want to visit there often.

i got free concierge from previous phones but never use .. so not important to me
I think those whom preorder from samsung store has free concierge
