Warning! Don't get used Mobile phones from Korean Telecoms

I recently got a used Samsung S9+ build for Korean Telecoms. Initial check was OK when I got it. But after transferring my stuff to the new phone, I stumbled on new findings.

1. Korean Telecoms "KT" phones don't use dual SIM tray, it has only 1 SIM and 1 memory card tray type. there's no setting for dual SIM.

2. Samsung phone has NFC but need to have a SIM card with registered phone number on the SIM. Singapore SIM doesn't have this feature.

3. These are not really an issue. They have the usual Telcos built apps that can't be removed. In addition, some Samsung downloaded app are Korean version that have mixed Korean / english. Cute.

Please post any issues not mentioned here for others to know.

Thanks.

The memory card tray acts as an 2nd Sim tray for S9+

Are u sure? I can't post any pictures but the 2nd tray says nothing. In addition, there is no settings for dual SIM.

Please confirm and show me before and after setting dual sim and show me how the user interface looks like before ad after dual sim. Thanks

I also bought some Samsung handsets from Japan before. While some are modded to international rooms, others remain original Japanese roms. I actually prefer the latter for collection purposes though.
