How to change my hard disk and transfer my c drive ( operating system ) from old drive to new drive?

u can check with the SSD that u bought if they have links for u to download free cloning program. or u can look out for some cloning program as well.

setup:

an ext hdd case to plug your SSD or a usb to SATA port and power port.
a working PC with clone program.

install the clone program and look at the files u wish to clone over or just everything.

check and make sure ur hdd is small den your ssd, if ssd is small, then u need to do selective clone.

if u got samsung ssd u can use their own samsung software - i used that to upgrade my SSHD to SSD.

or u can try easeUS if u got other brands ssd

u might need a usb-A to SATA cable or a SSD enclosure though
