I am happy to hear that the new batch of screen will fix the problem
meaning they will change the whole screen?

then must remember to remove the screen protector before sending in

Yes, Bishan Service Centre is aware of this problem and the parts will arrive in a week or two so just leave your numbers with the Customer Service Officer and they will contact you once the stock for LCD panel arrives.
i asked the guy about leaving my number, he said no need, just drop by next week.
still need to do backup... troublesome.

There is a widget called "data switch" (by Hongyu Wang) in the market (https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...e=related_apps) . The widget does not require any permission, works very well. It does NOT generate the message when you switch on the data.
Thanks! Will try it out.

Is there a speed dial function in Xperia S? Thks~
Not on the default dialer. You could add your contacts as Favourites and just scroll to the Favourite tab in the default dialer.

Or you can install alternative dialers like Go Dialer, which have speed dial functions.

Under Liveware -> Smart tags -> Tag Actions, hit menu to bring up the option to edit the name of the tag
