Sony X5 Premium repair

typo in the title. should be : Sony Z5 Premium repair

hi guys,

i need some help here.

i just dropped on my Z5P from knee level and landed on the screen.

had TG protector and a case on the phone.

no visible cracks but i do see some hairline cracks (don't know if it's a crack or a scratch) on the screen (don't really know if it's the actual screen or the screen protector).

my phone now cannot be switch on or connected to the computer. but i think it still can be charged because when i plug in my MI powerbank, the lights of the powerbanks lighted up.

any idea what could be the issue? any shops to recommend for the repair?

I'm not sure which repair shops are reliable, but have you tried one of the methods described here?

yup. using tempered glass.

anyway went to a mobile repair shop to fix, in the end it was a motherboard issue. now it's fixed.
