And the irony when you find almost no difference in performance between 4GB and 6GB RAM versions.

We do welcome brave souls to try and tell us.

multitasking should feel the difference. Is hp like pc will use the internal memory as ram?

Local street price should be cheaper.

I have not used any RAM intensive apps or function so I would not know.

So far the only multi-tasking for running multiple apps concurrently is the multi-window mode.

My XZP is using that mode without noticeable lag or slowdowns.
So not sure how additional RAM will help.

Maybe when newer apps eating more RAM might show the difference in future.

Is more for those people who wants to keep more apps (eg. games) running in the background so they can switch back easily instead of reopening/reloading the app...otherwise there is really no performance difference...

Even huawei has no difference in 4gb and 6gb phone, I don't think Sony will optimize worse than mate 10/pro.

Above is my personal experience I have 4gb mate 10 and 6gb mate 10 pro. Using same apps before.

Seem like XZ2 support seamless update.
Love this feature on my P2XL, you can continue to use the phone while it updates in the background...and just restart once installation completed.

Ic. I using xz now. Can feel lag if open too many web or video. If can have more ram is better.
