XZ1C unable to backup to Google Account

Long story short, all Sony devices with Android P and above cannot use Xperia Companion to backup anymore. Only can use Google Backup.

Problem is the "Back Up Now" button in XZ1C is always unavailable. Anybody faced this problem before?

Is your Google drive full? Might be the problem. Although you have free 15gb, it will fillets very fast since your photos and videos will automatically be uploaded, unless you disable it in settings.

Checked but it is not full. Back Up Now button still greyed out.

Have to resort to backing up to SD card via Xperia Transfer Mobile. I think Sony's Android P is buggy. Friend's Sony with Android 10 can back up to Google Drive smoothly
