Which reit has the lowest leverage?

Any reit has below 30% in debts?

I assume you mean gearing. FCOT should be less than <30%

If you notice, the % of gearing is also dependent on the quality of the assets.

I don't think the lowest gearing is the best indicator of a Reit's attractiveness. The sweet spot is probably in the low 30s.
