Question seems like all the stocks are overpriced now?

reits, banks, all seems overpriced....

like nothing to buy at all

Den buy bonds. Bonds should be cheap when stock is doing good

For some people, there is always nothing to buy.
When prices are low, they say crash is coming soon
When prices are high, they say too expensive

That's why some advocate regular DCA and rebalancing. If you adopt this method and have an asset allocation consistent with your risk profile, you never have to worry about whether it is cheap or expensive.

All the Reits, Banks and stocks that look overpriced now may be deemed super cheap if US interest rates turn negative in future.

If you are targeting all the major reits, the bubble building up is quite clear with the market price.

Managed to load up some first reit recently.
