SINGAPORE (Dec 3): ST Aviation Resources, an indirect subsidiary of ST Engineering, has disposed of its 26% stake in its associate company, CJS Aviation Pte. Ltd.

The stake was sold to Caterhamjet Holdings Pte. Ltd for US$1.00 ($1.42), after taking into account the outstanding financial obligations and negative net worth of CJS Aviation.

ST Engineering says the divestment is a result of ST Aerospace's ongoing business review “to optimise resources and divest minority investments that are no longer strategic to its business”.

Following the sale, CJS Aviation ceases to be an associate company of Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace), the aerospace arm of ST Engineering.

The divestment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.

Shares of ST Engineering ended up six cents or 2.1% at $2.98.

I don't think next AGM got voucher cause now buy 100 share can become shareholder liao.
Eh, it doesn't matter buy how many shares. What matters is how many can go AGM. In other words, the amount of voucher given is always limited no matter how many shareholders there are.

But well, perhaps they won't allow smaller shareholders to AGM next time?

The buffet start to makan is before the AGM start or after the AGM talk finish (end)?

I'm not interested in the talk. Just want take the voucher or makan then go home.
Usually before meeting got light refreshments of coffee and tea. After meeting then is main course.
