call in no use.
i went to branch personally also a waste of time.
in the end took nearly a month to activate it.

All I did was to call in :)
My account took 1.5months to get activated as well.

I think probably due to that when I called in for C.A.R they activated it immediately

found that some counters stanchart don't allow people to buy.
I tot they act as broker, not as if they are taking risk (like CFD providers), weird that they don't allow purchase of counters.
And im not referring to penny counters..

the RM from SCB tell me that they have an foreign ccy account to reduce your FX risk. preferred banking (min 50k) got better rates. not very sure but you can call and ask them?

Preferred or Priority banking got better rates?

It will lead you to breeze if you manually click on "online banking".

- set page to request desktop site.
- manually typed the login page of "online banking"

- ta da.
