Called the hotline too. The guy said must do manual trade over the phone for the time being. Sian

I filed a complaint yesterday nite, they called me just now and said they are upgrading the system and give a tentative timeline @ end of month to complete.

They also give me the hotline number to call to manually execute trades with the online rates.
I also experience error on their online trading website, since last week.

Ridiculous! One month to fix a problem, and is an unscheduled "upgrade".

Can you share the hotline number?

Tried calling, and got the 'All lines are busy' msg. It's really unacceptable, think I'll stop using SCB liao

Anyone can see the "online trading" when logging in from android phone? Already set to user agent desktop but can't find this link to go to trading account.

Clients of SCB should note that whatever stocks they bought through SCB must be sold through SCB. This is because SCB is the nominee that holds the shares. Given SCB's unreliability, the consequences will be terrible to traders on a market crash day if SCB platform breaks down. They will be frozen out of their positions. Cannot cut loss even if they want to.

i have mentioned this before many times. if you intend to trade, you better use some other platforms. not only the speed is a concern, you need a platform with special orders like stop loss, etc.

SCB is only suitable for buy and hold/forget type.
