When opening the trading accounts, we have to fill up another form for trading US stocks, right? I cant find the form online. Was thinking to fill up the forms then go down, save time at the branch.
Or should i just go down and they will have all the forms?

They have all the forms. It called W8Ben.
It's very simple 1 page form. Just fill in name and address, sign and that's it.

No, but you could just sell the stocks then buy back from market?

they have the forms

when I applied the banker very good (or paranoid), when I start to fill up the W8Ben form, the banker said no no I will help you to fill up that form because the form if one small mistake very troublesome, just ask me to check and sign after that only

Nope. Only limit orders are possible. Just set a price that is slightly higher to buy it.

IIRC, the last time I login, the market order is back. So yes, have market order again. Need to check to confirm.

Using market order is not recommended as it can give one unexpectedly high buy price or low sell price. Unless the counter is iliquid, which in itself should prompt why one is buying, otherwise there isn't much reason to use market order...
Simply placing 1 bid above/below current market price should do the trick.
