I also dun understand the business model of self-storage. Maybe americans have lots of junk to store away. Not necessary in Singapore.

Many can afford tiny new homes nowadays.
And not everyone is crazy about 'minimalsm'.

I also dun understand the business model of self-storage. Maybe americans have lots of junk to store away. Not necessary in Singapore.

Not true - I attended their non-deal roadshow a couple of months back

It's quite a lucrative segment in the US - they tend to store a lot of stuff and the growth rates of the years are pretty decent
