Don't think so. Saw in HN last night. Tab 4 8in is $449 with case and screen protector. 4G 64G version. Dual sim or 1 sim 1 SD. Processor is SD625.
10" version is $499 with case and SP too. Look better buy if do not mind a bigger machine.
Both are rated 20 hours battery life. However, not sure is dual sim is 4G LTE plus 3G.

By the way, is plus version. MIDA certify.

If you all don't need the Tab Plus specs why not get just the normal Tab4 8 for USD$109

The 8.4 inch M3 LTE with Nougat is actually quite fast and smooth. Tested before the display set side by side with Tab 4 8 plus at Taipei Telco shop.

Feel the same, looking for replacement for my Samsung tab s. Initially was looking at tab s2, but looks like Lenovo tab 4 8" is perfect replacement. Except the return and task "button" is reverse from Samsung model.

Just to share, for those with Tab 4 plus who love the full screen, you may use this hide system bar app (no root required but keyboard will only available once unhide) to hide all the 3 virtual buttons at the screen bottom to give you a full screen.
Tested working well on my set and quite handy.
