you only get the tablet. no free cover.

well, just choose english during setup so it is ok.

There are a few korean apps installed but you can remove them with ease.
Any thoughts on the durability? Wondering if I should pay a bit more for the local warranty. However it seems that the warranty covers only manufacturer's defect

So far this is the best offer at S$479 for a 64G LTE set. The concern is no local warranty. I bought 2 sets and the shipping is fast. Once order, within 5 days you will get the set.

Do note that the model number for the Korean set is T725N, while international (including Singapore) LTE model number is T725. I don't know if there's any difference, but so far the Korean set gets updates sooner.

I heard recently Samsung Singapore had a $60 off promo? If the difference is not much (and if you don't need LTE), I'd rather get a local set.

My take is for peace of mind, always get a local set. So if your unit has a defect, no hassle for repairs. Of course normal warranty will never cover damages caused by the user. Samsung doesn't have a similar product like AppleCare+.

Confirmed on the $60 off.

Can't say for mine, i have auto restart enabled - it restarts my unit every Sunday.

Actually, sooner or later electronic devices really needs to power cycle - just like a PC. So I don't see an issue here with the S5e.

Seller is e concepts. The tablet is 749, deduct 10off seller voucher, std charted credit card 6off and 100off 600. but to get the 100 off 600 u need to get 150 coins by playing the lazada games prior to this mid year sale. I believe the coupon is all fully redeemed.

Not that i know of. Your next best is to purchase at Courts and get those extended in-house warranty that they sell.

Bro, unless you damn suay, or tend to drop your phone or tablet very often, there's no need to get antsy about this. My Tab S2 which I had gotten 2-3 years back is still going strong, no issue whatsoever (mine is WiFi version). I had thought of selling it and getting an LTE Mi Pad 4, but can't justify the extra cash needed for the Mi Pad 4 even if I were to sell the Tab S2.
