You know Philippines suddenly ban Taiwan from entering while the flight already departed? Then kana treated like criminal at the airport and send back how you feel??? If this happen in Taiwan, tourists for sure will not be allow to enter but if you are work permit holder or what you will need to be home quarantine for 14days.
Pinoy G siao one.
Taiwan not affected much but on political ground, pretend to include them.

Do you really think that Taiwan will behave like the Philippines?
Will not behave like them but will be treated the same as the way Philippines did

later land into taoyuan airport, they direct you to their quarantine rooms to rest for 14 days ... your holiday mood no more already ...
I don't mind if TWMM nurses are there to attend to me

My return flight is actually 4 days after landing, so don't know how that would work out

I guess no need to think so much, play by ear

As of now if you happen to be in visit either china, macau or hong kong prior 14 days of arrival Taiwan, will need to be quarantine at either home or hotel should you be allow to enter but need to pay by yourself not the gov. Not sure if got specific hotel anot. If they found out you anyhow go out during within this 14days good luck to you. Also the health form they issue now before entering taiwan better fill up properly if not can also lead to kana ban from entering

Scoot I doubt you can do that.
budget airline such as jetstar and scoot ...
if change date, need to pay the price diff + admin charges of $60 per pax (in jetstar case) ... in the end, you might end up paying much more than rebooking one new ticket ...

usually promo fares are non-refundable ...
unless mfa issue advisory , else hard to get refund ...
I'm not talking about refund. I asked to change date for my return flight, but cannot.
Now this situation, SIA management may be more flexible.

Just calculated. As long as your new two-way ticket is above $120, you will save money from changing ticket rather than booking new ticket.

Saving=NEW-(IF(NEW<OLD,0,NEW-OLD)+60*2)
