Hi,
You have to click "View 6 hour animation of this map" Then can see Typhoon heading directly in . Looks like the Influence will already be very strong tomorrow afternoon.

Hi, anyone stayed at Shin-Shin hotel before? Any comments? Is it convenient to travel from this hotel? Thanks!

speedtest99 : Not to worry. Like Typhoon supposed to come hard this evening, but we are at work today. Tomorrow we should be Off and the Typhoon should be gone by late evening. We stay in until it passes. Unlike the houses you see getting blown in Florida, Buildings here are made of Steel and concrete, so you dont see all that damage here.

Anytime to visit Taiwan is good. The Cooler weather is fron Dec ~ Early May.

For Ideas of places to visit out of the regular path, you can view this site for Ideas.

It is a really well done site with a wealth of Information.

Hi,

I have not seen anyone post info on this Hotel in many of the travel forums where I post.
However, the Hotel website is impressive and the Location is also excellent :

Nearest MRT is Shuanglian:

The Hotel is across from the Mackay Hospital Next to the Police Station. I guess security will now be the least of your concern

e location is good, just a 10 mins walk u can go to one of hottest shopping distict liao and it is only 10 mins bus ride to central train station, another good thing is tat zhongshan north road is full of wedding photo studio, maybe u can get yourself a good studio shoot over there
