http://www.himrt.com.tw/mapedit/map19.htm

In the Map, Around the Station, there are LETTERS in RED Color showing bus stops. On the left side of the Red Letter C, on the top of the Map, there is the underground mall exit nos in Brown color 8 9 10.The North Bus station is there. It is marked : Kuo Kuang Motor Transport N.Station.

From Jioufen the Keelung Bus will take you back. These buses have destinations No Number, Just ask anyone.

Miaokow is very close to the station , just walk - Go to Jhong 1st Road to Ai 3rd Road and turn right to the night market. or ask for directions , it is not far at all. .
oh thanks for ur detail explaination... sorry abit slow and idiot with map hor....

IN Hualien ,the guided tour should take you to these places:

Hualien Train Station → Taroko National Park Visitor Center → Shakadang Trail, Statue of Aksobhya (The Imperturbable Bodhisattva), Ning-an Bridge, Yinho Waterfall, Swallow Grotto → Tunnel of Nine Turns → Eternal Spring Shrine → Local Specialty → Chihsing Lake → Return This costs NTD550 without Lunch.

Since only two of the trails are open, you can also add Cisingtan(A Pebble beach) , Liyu Lake , Hualien City markets e.t.c. See what you can add.

See whats interesting at the site below.

http://tour-hualien.hl.gov.tw/chinese/index.aspx

How many in your "group" ??

I would think NT 550 ~ NT650 per head 8hrs ~ 10 hrs. If there are 4 of you in your group, then NT550 should be okay.
only me and my HB.... 2pax nia

btw can i know is there any shopping place at ZX Xinsheng or is only from Fuxing to Dunhua only.... tks

from CKS directly to jiufen? abit troublesome.

1. catch guoguang bus to taipei railway station (45mins)
2. buy train ticket to ruifang (30mins)
3. board a keelung bus from ruifang to jiufen (20mins)

or catch a cab in ruifang. a cab from airport to jiufen will cost a bomb

For Yeliou, Just take the Bus from the North station. From Yeliou, you take a Keelung bus to Keelung Railway Station and change a bus to Get to Jioufen and Jingashih-every 15 ~20 mins. Return the same way.

Guanghwa Elec Mart is 3 mins away from Zhongxiao/Xinsheng. Exit 4 , turn Right ands walk up to the trafic lights.

TMS Only 2 Underground Malls but the one at the Back is really long as you actually have to circle the Whole area to see everything (Like a race track)

Correct for Taipei City Hall MRT stop.

e.g. taipei 101 warner village etc...
All shopping areas and Dept Stores :

http://crazy_azn1.tripod.com/taiwan/id2.html

Shopping:

The Malls under the Taipei Railway Station. There are lots of clothing stores
there with special offers from the city chain stores. Here they have clearance items not available in the other stores. This is because of heavy people traffic,so a great place for clearance. Clothes,Shoes and bags. (There are two Malls, in the Front and in the Rear
of the Station. )

Basic styles are available at the Central City Market (Cheng Chung market
or is it Chung Cheng ,Hmmm) - A Daymarket at Hengyang RD PoAi Rd area.
This opens about 10 am and closes at about 9 pm. Halfway Between the Taipei
Main Station and Ximen MRT Station. There is also a shoe street there.

Wanhua Readymade Wholesale Area. You might want to go there as well, Close to
Lungshan Temple MRT Stop. Lots of clothes , although I have not been to that area in a while.

http://home.trtc.com.tw/EINFO/bigmap.asp?number=bl5 - Area between J & K

WuFenPu Fashion Area is Opposite the Houshanpi MRT (Blue Line) and best to
visit after 4.30pm. Mondays not good to visit there.
http://home.trtc.com.tw/EINFO/bigmap.asp?number=bl15
Raohe Street Market. It is on the other side of the SongShan Train Station.
Check the Houshanpi Map.
You can visit it same evening after WuFenPu 6.30pm onwards. Great food there.
A very Nice Temple there as well.

Hsinyi District: Taipei City Hall MRT Stop
101 Mall, Neo19,Warner Village, New York New York, Singkong Mitsukoshi Dept
Stores are all in one area. Most of these open at about 11am ~ Till about 9.30 or 10
pm.

TianMu:
Zhongshan N Rd any section (Close to Flowers) and take bus : 220. to the end
(Sec 7) Last Stop [2 sections cost you NTD30/-] Most shops open after 2 pm till about 9.30.
If you are on the MRT,the you can take it to Shipai. Then walk out of Station,
left side to traffic Light , turn left to bus stop.Bus 224 to the end (Sec 7)
Last Stop. You will see all the shops when you walk down Section 7
on the left side of the road. Lots of shops also on TianMu West Rd as well
(Not Factory outlets) Junction of Tian Mu West Rd and Tian Mu N. Rd. great
place to eat local food, worth a visit(You will see them frying the NiuRo Shien
Pin, Chung Pin e.t.c.)Read about TianMu here:
http://www.taiwanheadlines.gov.tw/20...0040810s4.html

Shihlin Night Market: Jiantan MRT stop. After 6.30pm is good.
