I read from the websites that Yang Min Shan (阳明山) is a place to climb the mountains and long hour trekking. Is there anywhere in YMS that look like Shilin Mansion (士林官邸)which has a nice garden? (because people has been saying to go to YMS to see flowers)
ZhuZiHu Area is located among the velly of Datun, Chishi and ShuiKwanIn mountains,
under the dominion of YanMingShan National Park. It is an extinct volcano lake, as the
rice-agriculture district during the World War II. Now there is the most famous area of
 Calla-Lily plants.

In the Old Guanghua, most people headed up the stairs to theElectronics floor. But going down the stairs tookyou to the Books - Secondhand and new. Most New books are PC related in Chinese. Cd's DVDs. Magazines, Mangas & Comics, Sporting goods, Musical Instruments.

In the New place, I think it is in the first two blocks now, Balance 3 blocks are the PC and peripherals suppliers.
I been to the group floor, you forgot to mention all the adult educational materials. Haha.

Passed by the new Guanghwa when I was back recently. Didn't get the chance to visit as was rushing for time. Which was a pity as I always make it a ritual to visit Guanghwa when I am in Taipei.

thanks so much NUttyazn! Probably I would be coming Taiwan for about 10 days, planning to go Taipei, Taoyuan, Taizhong, Hualian and some nearby areas in the upper half of Taiwan.

Any suggestions to what places that we should not miss in Taiwan?
And we are interested to go clubbing in Taipei. Any suggestion? Thank you so much!

Can anyone been to Shihfen advise on the trip? I visited this website but still can't figure it out whether it's easy to go and navigate around the waterfall. Is the place kind of jungle type of place where safety is a concern?

Is Wulai a better place to visit?

Baguio rooms are a bit small. Istayed there before, and a bit out off the way since most Singaporeans like to stay around Ximenting. Ask the Agent for Hotels around XPA. East Dragon, Royal Castle, Stars (One Star) . Agents have limited amounts of room each.

Many forumers call the Hotel Direct and got bookings.

My GF wants to use the PC now,so I'll getback to you tomorrow. However I found out that you can buy a train ticket valid for 2 weeks for NTD1700/- (Will go to Station tomorrow to get more details if any) it has 7 coupons and you can travel in one direction and return to Taipei. It actually works out cheaper. If you were to go Taipei-Hualien-Taitung-Pintung-Kaohsiung-Taichung-Ilan-Taipei or something like that.
Route: Check out this NEW cool site:
http://service.tra.gov.tw/en/

Sorry got to go!!!
