Anyone can help? Thanksss

- How does cab fare being charged..by meters or negotiation?
- Buses that accept easycard...we only tap the card when alightning and not boarding?
- Any idea cab to wonstar hotel...muchie?
- From Wulai how to procced to Neidong Recreation Area? Got cab around the area as well?
Hi,

Cab fare is by meter.

Tapping of bus cards, depends. There is a red lighted sign on the door above the driver that indicates when you pay.

Cab to Wonstar from Taipei Station under NTD100/- (Sgd5-) If you take Freego Bus, most likely it will be full of Singaporeans and you will get dropped off at the Hotel. I think with the number s'poreans coming here, they do not switch bus very often and that is included in the overall fare.

To Neidong:

If you do happen to Check:
Ximen to Taipei MainStation. EastExit 3-Bus stop: Bus 260 direct to YMS. Bus around YMS -180. After YMS you can either return to town or head for Beitou by bus 230. From Beitou MRT to Danshui.

A piece of advice on Yang Min Shan. By looking at the map, I though I could walk/ stroll from 1 place to another. However they are really far. The road is narrow and high slope. There is no telling when the shuttle bus will arrive at the bus stop. So allocate more time say 1 day if you plan to go.

Cinnamo168 at TA posted this just now: Regarding TS Hotel:

Arrived in CKS airport this morning. Took the air bus going to Taipei Main Station, NT100. Wasn't able to take Freego as have to wait an hour for the next bus to arrive. From Taipei main station, rode taxi going to TS Hotel, NT85. The lobby is small in size. We are checked in at their superior suite, NT1680. Forgot to bring my cable so am not able to post the pictures I took of the rooms.
As it is newly renovated, am very satisfied on the cleanliness and appearance of the room. Carpeted flooring. LCD TV. Airconditioned with temperature control. Complimentary coffee, tea and two bottles of drinking water. Queen sized bed. Standard amenities inside the bathroom: toothbrush, disposable razor, soap, shampoo, bath foam including a birth control measure. (Really caught me by surprise. Ha!ha!) Spa shower. Broadband internet access inside the room. Slippers provided also. It is very near Ximen station exit 1, two minutes walk from the hotel. Didn't regret booking at this hotel. Btw, their website is still not available.

AMD always in Hall 4 near the entrance.
Games after 11am till about 4.30 pm mostly in Hall 2 and some in Hall1 near A & B section.

Bottled water sponsered by Intel available free at most major Brand Booth at their Counter or there will be a couple of Intel girls there handing it out. Just go and take, The only one that has Mints is Gigabyte that is If your throat gets dry. The girls there already know me!! They jokingly cover the bowl when they see me

frm ximen station...MRT your way to taipei main station and change train. proceed to damsui station.
over there, u can walk ard damsui old streets and make your way to lover's bridge via a ferry. tickets are not expensive (think ard 5bucks for round trip). Alternatively, you can take a bus to lover's bridge via bus (nt too sure what bus no. to take)

hi guys, i'm going taipei in july, was thinking whether PC parts (ie. ram, processor, gfx card) sold there would be cheaper than in singapore? any shops to recommend? or any online shops which i can buy from, and ask them to deliver to the hotel or i go self-collect?
