Hi any comments on this pls?
Hi,
Sorry, I've been a bit busy so I have been only posting short replies lately. Chuan has been doing a great job here. It means the he had a great time here and is already planning his next trip
Your plan is fine other than on Friday,if your train to Rueifang is delayed , you can give Jinguashi a miss and head straight for Jioufen then Keelung.

One problem most people have is that getting up and out early. if you cant, then just slow down your pace.

HI,
Actually there are many world class theme parks in Taiwan. The Two Extra special ones are Janfusan and Yamay:Both not close to Taipei and takes a full day to go and come back.
http://www.janfusun.com.tw
http://www.yamayresort.com.tw

Hey Chuan 3205, You have been doing a great job here answering all the questions from forumers. Fantastic
hmmz...the janfusan seems to be quite exciting...but how to get there from taichung and how long the journey is?
or since i be in taichung...would it be better off going to yamay?

Hi Nutty

Can I know your meaning for delaying of Hualien Train to Ruifang are: we might be waking up late in the morning to catch the morning train or the train itself will get late sometimes?

Another thing: do u think half a day from afternoon 4pm till night, can cover the whole of wu fen pu becos that day will be my only REAL shopping day...hehehe..

Hi, i'm going to Taipei with a bunch of friends on 22th July - 28 July, got many questions to ask the well-travelled people in this forum, can help me take a look at my draft itenary...
Day01:
Qn : Any well-known or fun pub to go in taipei city?
Do a search in this forum..they recommended MOS, Room18 etc.

Day02:
Since you stay in Ximen area, you will have chance to go ard XMD whichever nights you are free or back to Ximen early. So for this day, prob you should try spending in Shihlin.

Qn : How to go to Yangminshan from Ximen Stn? What's there to see on Yangminshan?
Not sure if there's any buses to YMS outside Ximen Stn, but i know there's one outside Jiantan Station/ Beitou Station. To me, YMS is mountains and nature beauty, sight seeing place. To know more, you can also google it.

Day03:
can't help you here sorry.

Day05:
Yeliu => Ruifang => Chiufen +Jingguashi => Keelung+MiaoKou => back to Taipei

courtesy of Nuttyazn:
Keelung/ Yeliu/ Jingguashi/ Jiufen

Leave about 8.30 am or earlier.
Yeilou :Take a Kuo Kuang (02-2558 3060) Bus from the North Station of KuoKuang
Bus in Taipei Near Taipei Main Station to Yeliou (NT80 per head).
See the sites there Mainly unique Rock formations.

From there take a Keelung Bus to the Keelung Main Station.
From there you can take a bus to Jinguashi

Then work your way backwards to Jiufen and Ruefang before returning to Keelung in the evening...It may seem complicated but it is not. All of these are within one area with that Keelung bus plying the route.

Now you have returned to Keelung in the late evening, then head for Miaokow Food Street andafter your Dinner, you can stroll around the Keelung before returning to the hotel later by Bus or train.

http://www.miaokow.org Miaokow - Keelung Roadside Cuisine (Great place to eat) Last train out of here at 10.30
(Exact change needed for buses here so keep a lot of NT50 and NT10 coins.)
These are not city buses but Intercity, cannot use MRT easy card.

Day07:

Qn: If our flight is at 1825, what's the best way and time to leave Taipei ?
Same thing, reach Airport at least 1.5-2hrs before departure, giving some time for traffic jams/ delay. More info: http://crazy_azn1.tripod.com/taiwan/id10.html

Other days look ok. Some qns you posted are already answered in earlier posts in this forum - hope you can spend some time searching and looking through

HI BG, That's what I meant. Waking up late and hurrying around.
Taipei City was not hit by the rain or the winds We had to go to work every day last week

1)i think in the earlier posts, some one posted the dates of the upcoming recordings.

886-2-2781-3888 - Guess x3
How to go :
臺北市南港區重陽路120號
MRT: to Kunyang station. Then take taxi to Zhong Shi TV Station. Or can take Blue 22 bus over to China TV. NT15 only! Cross over road of the MRT station to take.

2) For this, you will have to check respective music company websites for more info.
