They have wine(DRINK) shops all over. You can also go to the Hypermarkets for the wines - prices reasonable. Hey Taiwan Booze is cheap in retail supermarkets - JW BLACK about NTD700+ only. Cigarettes cheapest in asia on the retail, many brands NTD35 per pack, so if you are a smoker, dont carry your singapore's super overpriced ciggies.
