Taroko Gouge

Hi people,

Does anyone have any recommendation for any hotels or homestay at Hualien/Taroko Gouge? Planning to stay one night there and budget ard NT2,200 for double.

In addition, read that for guessx3, there is no tickets or charges. Just need to turn up at the studio. Has anyone tried going for the recording? Is it very hard to get in?

Thanks in advance!

Best in Traditional HONG SAO NIU RO MIEN (Beef Noodle Soup): TAOYUAN ST. BEEF NOODLES No. 15 Taoyuan St. (MRT Ximen Station Exit 3)
If not wrong...
Its a old two storey building without signage rite....
Anyway, with the kind of crowd in the store...who need signage..haha

Actually I moved here in 1985 and assimilated myself with the locals before they could call me a FT!!!

Many forumers came over here on solo trips and had a good time as well. Post your dates here and see if other solo travellers are going at the same time and meet up here.
WOW...1985 migrated there...damn good life. can you post a guide for all hopeful immigrants...

Yushan

Hi

Anyone?

Help?

Thanks.

I am thinking of travelling from Alishan to Yushan. And trek up to the peaks (at least Main Peak) of Yushan.

But to enter Yushan, we need a permit + guide.

Anyway got good contacts to recommend? Cos not too sure the ming shu I am planning to stay at would provide this service. And even if they do, may be really X if I am the only party. Any good adventure tour group?
